1 · Book

Pay by card; your tax invoice arrives by email. Booking for your team? Choose up to five seats and name each person.

2 · Your student number

Each person gets their own student number by email. It works only with their email address.

3 · On the day

The course opens 30 minutes before the start. Enter your number and email, and we email you a one-time sign-in link.

4 · Afterwards

Keep access for 30 days to finish your canvas and run your shadow week.

Before you book

The questions worth asking.

Do I need to be technical?
No. There's no code. If you can write a clear email and describe how a job is done in your business, you can do everything in this workshop.
What do I need on the day?
A laptop, a paid Claude account that can connect to your email, and a handful of recent enquiries you can copy into a test folder. We send a short checklist with your booking.
Is it safe to connect my inbox?
You build the agent draft-only, on a test folder, with the least access your tool allows. It can't send anything. You learn how to test it and how to switch it on in stages before it ever reaches a customer.
How is this different from the AI Productivity workshop?
The AI Productivity Systems workshop sets up how you work with Claude on your own material. Building a Great Agent goes one step further: an agent that does one job for your business, with rules, tests and a person in charge.
Can I bring my team?
Yes. Choose up to five seats at checkout, then name each person; everyone gets their own student number.
What if I can't make the date?
You can pass your seat to a colleague any time. Refunds and transfers are covered in the booking terms.
