Booking terms

The short version: your seat is always worth something.

Plans change and we’d rather you booked without worrying about it. You can hand your seat to someone else at any time for nothing, move it to a later date, or get your money back — and if the day doesn’t deliver what this site promised, you don’t pay for it.

Your seat

A seat is confirmed when payment clears. We’ll send a tax invoice, then your Zoom joining link and the pre-work. Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.

Workshops are capped at twelve so everyone gets answered. That cap is the reason the terms below exist at all — an empty seat can’t be refilled at short notice.

Inside 14 daysMove your seat to the next workshop at no charge, or take a 50% refund — your choice.
On the day, or no-showYour seat moves to the next workshop. We’d rather you came late than lost it.

Email support@agilityops.com.au as soon as you know. Refunds go back to the card you paid with, usually within five business days.

Sending someone else instead

Free, any time, no deadline. If you can’t make it but a colleague can, tell us their name and email and the seat is theirs. This is often the best answer for a team — nobody loses the seat and somebody still learns the material.

If it doesn’t deliver

If by the end of the workshop you think it didn’t deliver what this site promised, tell us by the end of that day and take your pick: a full refund, or a free seat at the next workshop. No forms, and no awkward conversation required — an email saying so is enough.

We ask for it the same day because that’s when you actually know. Four hours in, you’ll have either built the thing or you won’t.

If we have to move it

The workshop runs with seven or more people. Below that we’ll postpone rather than run a session that doesn’t work — a hands-on workshop needs a room with enough going on in it.

If that happens, you’ll hear from us at least five days before the date, and you can take the new date or a full refund. The same applies in the unlikely event we have to cancel for any other reason.

What you keep

Everything you build on the day is yours and lives in your own Claude account, not ours — your project, your instructions, your documents, your decision log. Nothing is held on our side and nothing stops working if you never speak to us again.

The workshop materials are licensed to you for your own use and your organisation’s. Please don’t resell them or run them as your own training.

What you need to bring

A Claude account on a paid plan, and files you’re comfortable working with. You choose what you connect and what you don’t; we don’t ask for access to anything, and we don’t see your material unless you deliberately share your screen.

If a prerequisite turns out to be a genuine blocker on the day and we can’t solve it with you, that counts under the guarantee above.

Privacy

We collect your name, email and organisation to run the booking and send you the joining details. If you tick the box, we’ll also send the weekly research digest, and you can unsubscribe from that at any time without affecting your booking. We don’t sell anything to anyone. The full policy is on the Agility Ops site.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Everything above sits on top of the consumer guarantees in the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded. In plain terms: our services come with guarantees that they’ll be delivered with due care and skill and be fit for the purpose described. If we fail a consumer guarantee, you are entitled to a remedy under the law regardless of anything on this page, and nothing here limits that.
